Why hasn't anybody combined machine Pilates and strength training/cardio yet? Good news: Andrea Speir and I are doing it 3x/week! We've blended 30 minutes of Pilates on Pilates equipment, and 30 minutes of cardio and strength in a studio class-type setting to form a unique class that's bound to get you long & lean.
